A small marketing website doesn't need six meetings, three stakeholder workshops, and an agency's office rent baked into the invoice. It needs one experienced developer who's done it many times and knows exactly what matters.
That's the whole business model. Small, sharp projects, done properly, one after another.
What does a website actually cost?
Lean marketing websites start at €399. Bigger builds (WordPress with self-editing, online shops) cost more, but you'll always get one fixed price before I write a single line of code. If the scope changes, we agree on a new price first. No hidden hourly fees. The build price is one-time; hosting comes on top at €10–30 per month depending on the site type, plus about €15 per year for your domain. I set up both, and you own both.
How fast is "fast"?
A lean website is usually live within a week of our agreement. Larger WordPress or WooCommerce projects take longer, and I'll give you an honest timeline up front. What I don't do is disappear for six weeks and resurface with excuses.
Can I update the site myself?
If you want that, yes: that's what the WordPress option is for. But be honest with yourself: will you actually? Many small businesses never touch their site after launch, and for them a lean, fixed site is cheaper, faster, and impossible to accidentally break. I'll help you pick the right one.
What if I need changes later?
Send me an email. Small tweaks are quick and priced accordingly; bigger changes get a fixed quote like everything else. You're never locked in, and there's no mandatory monthly fee.
Can you look after the site once it's live?
Yes. For WordPress sites I offer monthly maintenance from €49 — updates, backups, security, and a developer who notices when something breaks. Lean sites rarely need it; that's part of their charm.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients in my country?
Gothenburg, Sweden. I work with clients across Europe in English, in your timezone give or take an hour. Everything happens over email and video calls, so the distance between us is roughly one click.
