The short version: I use your details to reply to you. That's it. The long version follows, because you're entitled to it.

Who is responsible for your data

What I collect, and why

When you use the contact form, I receive what you type: your name, email address, business name if you give one, and your message. I use it for one purpose: to reply to you and discuss your project. The legal basis is taking steps before entering a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering people who write to me (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

There is no account system, no newsletter, and no marketing list. Writing to me does not subscribe you to anything.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Matomo, an open-source analytics tool that I self-host on my own server — nothing is ever sent to Google, Facebook, or any other third party. It sets a first-party cookie to recognise repeat visits, and IP addresses are anonymised before they're stored, so nothing here identifies you personally. You can opt out of this tracking at any time below.

How long I keep your messages

Inquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. If we end up working together, invoices and project records are kept for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires (currently seven years).

Who else sees your data

Nobody, except the companies that technically deliver this website and my email, acting as data processors. I choose providers within the EU/EEA where possible. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

• Ask what data I hold about you, and get a copy.
• Have it corrected or deleted.
• Object to how it is used, or ask me to limit it.
• Take your data with you (data portability).
• Complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) if you think I've handled your data badly.
