A lean website that loads instantly.

No CMS, no plugins, no monthly platform fee. Just a fast, sharp marketing site that tells customers what you do and gets them to contact you. Built by hand, live within days.

"Most small businesses don’t need a big website. There, I said it."

You need a homepage that makes a good first impression, a page or two about what you offer, and a way for customers to reach you. That's it.

The web industry has a habit of selling you more: content management systems you’ll never log into, page builders that slow everything down, subscriptions that quietly add up. A lean site skips all of it.

This is the one for you if you’re:

a local service business, a clinic, a consultant, a restaurant — anyone whose website’s job is "make people trust us and contact us".

Small site. Zero corners cut.

Speed that shows

Hand-built with modern tools (I use Astro, the same technology used by companies like Porsche and IKEA), your site loads in a blink. Visitors stay, and Google notices.

Design around your business

No template. Your site is shaped by what you do and who your customers are.

SEO from day one

Clean structure, right keywords, fast loading: the basics most DIY sites get wrong.

Nothing to maintain

No plugins to update, no CMS to patch, nothing to break at 2 a.m. It just keeps working.

One fixed price

From €399 depending on size, agreed before we start. Hosting (from €10/month) and your domain (about €15/year) come on top — I set up both, you own both.

What €399 actually buys.

No vague packages. This is the concrete scope of the starting price:

  • A one-page website with up to five sections, or up to three smaller pages
  • Copywriting included — I write the text from our conversation and your material
  • Images sorted: generated, licensed stock, or your own photos — whatever fits
  • Mobile-first design, fast loading, and the SEO basics done right
  • Contact form or click-to-call, map, opening hours — whatever your customers need
  • Two rounds of revisions before launch
  • Live within a week of our agreement

More pages or special features (booking, several languages, that sort of thing) raise the quote — always agreed before I start, never after.

The honest fine print.

A lean site is fixed: when you want to change the text or add a page, you email me instead of logging into an editor. For most businesses that’s a feature (nothing to learn, nothing to break) and small changes are quick and cheap.

But if you plan to publish weekly or manage lots of content, you’ll be happier with a WordPress site. I’ll tell you which one fits before you spend anything.

Same hands, proven elsewhere.

Full disclosure: the sites below are WordPress builds — the lean option is my newest offer, so its portfolio is still warming up. But the hands, the design standards, and the results are the same. The lean version just loads faster.

"Genuinely brilliant! 5/5. Something my previous agency couldn’t manage in 3 months. Vexxa fixed it in under 4 days."

Simon Myrving · CEO, Solliv Sverige AB

Result of that project: 78% faster load, 40% more leads (client's analytics). The review says Vexxa — my agency. Same developer, hired directly here.

Quick answers.

Can I update the site myself?

Not this one — that's the trade-off that keeps it cheap and unbreakable. You email me changes instead. If you want to edit content yourself, the WordPress option is built for exactly that.

What do hosting and the domain cost?

Hosting from €10 per month, your domain about €15 per year. I set up both, and both are in your name — if we ever part ways, you keep everything.

What if my business outgrows it?

Then we upgrade to WordPress or a shop. The design and text carry over, so you're not paying twice for the same thinking.

Do you write the text?

Yes — copywriting is included. We talk, you tell me about your business, I turn it into words that sell. You approve everything before launch.

Ready when you are.

Tell me about your business and what the website needs to do. You’ll get a fixed price and an honest recommendation, even if the recommendation is a cheaper option than you expected.
