Common questions
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contract period, no exit fee. If you cancel, you keep your site and the latest backup.
What if my site breaks?
If an update breaks something, fixing it is on me, not billed to you. If something else breaks, I'll tell you what it needs and give you a fixed price before touching anything.
Do you have to host my site too?
No. I can maintain a WordPress site wherever it lives. If your hosting is the actual problem, I'll say so and help you move.
I didn't build my site with you. Can you still maintain it?
Usually, yes. I'll take a look first and tell you honestly if it's in a state where maintenance makes sense, or if it needs repairs first.
